HeartFull is for people aged 18 and over. During onboarding, a person must select an age of 18 or older and confirm that they are at least 18. The service rejects under-18 age values. We remove accounts when we learn that a person is underage.
HeartFull helps adults meet for consensual dating and connection. We do not offer or promote compensated dating, sugar dating, escorting, prostitution, sex tourism, or any arrangement that exchanges money, gifts, financial support, or other value for companionship or sexual activity.
Profiles and messages are created by account holders. HeartFull does not create or operate synthetic dating profiles, impersonation chatbots, or artificial conversations to encourage people to use the service. We prohibit fake or misleading profiles. If HeartFull ever introduces a feature that generates user-facing dating content, we will make its nature clear where people can reasonably notice it.
Our public advertising and landing pages describe the service plainly and must match the experience a person reaches after clicking. We do not use sexually explicit, racy, deceptive, exploitative, or underage-themed content to promote HeartFull. Our terms prohibit sexually explicit or pornographic content, harassment, impersonation, spam, and illegal activity.
Members can report and block other users in the app. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts that breach our rules. Child-safety concerns can be reported to support@heartfull.online.
HeartFull advertising may describe the product as an adult dating service and explain its actual features, including free connections and earned Hearts. It must not promise dates, matches, or particular relationship outcomes; misrepresent the service; or target people under 18.
