Welcome to HeartFull. By creating an account or using the HeartFull application and website at heartfull.online (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@heartfull.online.

3. Hearts Currency

Hearts are an in-app currency earned through activity (uploading photos, receiving messages, referrals). Hearts are used to send messages and interact with other users. Hearts have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or exchanged for real currency, and are not refundable.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, messages). By posting content, you grant HeartFull a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform. You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promoting hate, violence, or discrimination
• Misleading or impersonating another person
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

We may remove content that violates these rules without notice.

5. Community Guidelines

You agree to treat other users with respect. You must not:

• Harass, stalk, bully, or threaten other users
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service

6. Safety

HeartFull does not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Exercise caution when meeting people in person. HeartFull is not responsible for the actions of any user on or off the Service.

7. Moderation

We use a post-moderation model: content publishes immediately and is reviewed afterward. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, and messages will be removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups or for legal compliance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any matches will lead to successful relationships.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeartFull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
