Age Requirement
HeartFull is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the platform. During onboarding, users must select an age of 18 or older and affirm that they are at least 18.
Zero Tolerance Policy
HeartFull has a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. Any account found to be sharing, distributing, or possessing such material will be immediately terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Prevention Measures
Age gate: All users must select an age of 18 or older and confirm that they are 18 or older during account creation. Under-18 age values are rejected by the service.
Content moderation: All user-generated content (photos, videos, messages) is subject to post-moderation review.
Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content or behaviour directly in the app via the Report button on any profile.
Blocking: Users can block any other user at any time, immediately preventing all further contact.
Account termination: Accounts that violate our policies are permanently banned.
Reporting to Authorities
HeartFull complies with all relevant child safety laws. When we become aware of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation, we:
Immediately remove the content and terminate the account
Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
Preserve relevant evidence as required by law
