How to delete your account

1. Open heartfull.online and sign in
2. Tap your profile icon (bottom of the screen)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm in the dialog by tapping "Delete"

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, bio, age, gender, preferences
• Your photos and videos — all uploads removed
• Your messages — all conversations deleted
• Your matches — all connections removed
• Your hearts balance — all hearts forfeited
• Push notification tokens — immediately deleted
• Your Firebase Auth account — sign-in credentials removed

What is retained

• Archived conversations from blocks/reports — retained for safety investigations (up to 90 days)
• Backup data — may persist in system backups for up to 90 days

Timeline

Account deletion is processed immediately. All associated data is deleted within 30 days. Backup retention may extend to 90 days.
